Affected ticketholders will get a full refund.
Australian rapper and singer-songwriter The Kid Laroi has cancelled his Nov. 1 concert in Singapore.
According to an email sent by Sistic to ticketholders and seen by Mothership, the show is cancelled due to "circumstances beyond control".
The artiste has also cancelled his entire Asia tour, including a show on Nov. 4 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
"Not an easy choice"
The Kid Laroi was initially supposed to perform at the Singapore Expo Hall 7.
The singer's message indicated that the Asia tour has been cancelled due to "circumstances beyond" his "control", adding that it was a "difficult decision" for his team to do so.
He also said that his fans are "everything" to him, and that he is "always committed to delivering the best performance and experience at every show".
"This was not an easy choice, but I promise I'll be back on the road soon. I can't wait to perform and celebrate with all of you next time!"
Those affected will receive a full refund of their tickets from Sistic within one to two billing cycles.
Sistic also thanked customers for their support, and apologised for the inconvenience caused.
Mothership has reached out to LAMC Productions for comment.
