Restaurants Madison’s and MOGA will be offering a Halloween-themed brunch buffet on Oct. 27, 2024.
Both establishments are located at the Pullman Singapore Hill Street Hotel.
Madison serves American comfort food, while MOGA specialises in modern Japanese Izakaya cuisine.
The buffet will be available from 12pm to 3pm.
Here's a look at some of its offerings:
- Soup
Roasted beetroot and parsnip.
- Live Stations
Roasted yellow chicken, Black Angus striploin, and pulled pork.
- Salad Lab
Selections including Garden Greens, Romaine, and Corn Salad.
- Charcuterie Selections
Honey Ham, Bresaola, Mortadella, and more.
- Artisanal Cheese
Options such as Gruyere, Emmental, and Aged Comte.
- Cold Cut Fish Selection
Smoked salmon and haddock.
- Hot Selection
Nine dishes, including potato gratin, red wine-braised lamb shoulder, and Indian fish curry.
- Seafood
Boston lobster, Japanese oysters, and tiger prawns.
- Desserts
Four flavours of yoghurt and a chocolate fondue with a gelato trolley.

Buffet pricing
- S$128++ per adult, including unlimited soft drinks, coffee, and tea
- S$64++ for children aged 6 to 11
- Free for children under 6
Adult diners can upgrade to a two-hour free-flow beverage package for S$58++ per person, which includes champagne, wine, beer, and a special Halloween punch.
Special deals
Diners dressed in Halloween costumes will have a chance to win a complimentary brunch for their next visit.
Those who book before Oct. 20, 2024, will receive a 15 per cent discount, bringing the price down to S$108.80++ per person.
Additionally, there will be complimentary access to the hotel’s outdoor pools.
