Yes, you read that right. The iconic U.S. sitcom "Friends" will be leaving Netflix after Oct. 31, 2024.

Try to catch a few laughs from the show on the streaming site, and you will be inevitably met with reality staring you in the face:

Now isn't that just kick-you-in-the-crotch, spit-on-your-neck fantastic?

Could we be anymore sad?

Netflix Singapore is not the only one un-friending all 236 episodes and 10 seasons of the beloved TV series.

"Friends" will also be departing Netflix Philippines on Oct. 31.

Back in 2020, the show took its leave from Netflix U.S. as the platform's licensing rights expired.

While "Friends" is still available in the U.S. on Hulu, Max, Apple TV+, and Prime Video, it is not known whether the show will surface on any other streaming sites in Singapore.

No one told you life was gonna be this way

The very first episode of "Friends" aired on NBC on Sep. 22, 1994.

It followed the lives of six friends played by Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer.

At the heart of the show was a cosy, unassuming cafe tucked away in a corner of New York.

There, the friends bantered, fought, fell apart, and grew together over the course of a decade.

The last episode aired in 2004.

Filled with witty one-liners and feel-good moments, "Friends" became a go-to binge series for a wide range of audiences  — some of whom weren't even born when Ross said "Rachel" at his wedding.

"Friends" moments to remember

When Joey explained the English language.

When Rachel reluctantly entered adulthood.

Pivot!

Unagi.

When Rachel got jealous.

When Joey thought the Netherlands was a fictional place.

Basically everything that came out of Chandler's mouth.
