42 Waterloo Street in Bugis to host eerie-sistible Kampung Halloween party from Oct. 25-Nov. 3
How does a ghost stay in shape? By exorcising.
42 Waterloo Street in Bugis will be hosting a Kampung Halloween bash from Oct. 25 to Nov. 3.
The iconic premises will become the site of a hauntingly beautiful festival, to help those feeling a little ghoulish feel alive instead.
The event is open to all (creative) spirits, including independent artists who will showcase their various disciplines through a wide range of activities in store.
It is also open to those simply looking for some grave encounters.
Entry is free of charge.
If you got it, haunt it
If you're thinking of showing up at the party, you might want to show up scaring the pants off other people.
The event's Instagram page advises partygoers to come clad in outfits resembling Asian or Southeast Asian ghosts and creatures, and keep a look out for a best costume competition.
Across a period of eight days, the festival will also offer a wide range of activities to die for.
There include a series of supernatural storytelling sessions, spooky film screenings, workshops on acting like the undead, and creepy performances.
You can even sign up to be part of a flash mob, which will likely dance to Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean".
