Singaporean actor Bryan Wong will present a European-inspired pop-up menu on Oct. 19 and 20, 2024.
The pop-up will be held at In Bad Company, a restaurant bar known for its local spirits, unique craft beers, and fusion-inspired food menu.
In an Instagram post, Wong announced his collaboration with chef Timothy Ong, who will make an appearance on the fifth season of Mediacorp's culinary show "Old Taste Food Detective."
The show, hosted by Wong, explores and recreates traditional local dishes and is set to be released in November 2024.
Pop-up inspiration
Reflecting on his culinary journey, Wong expressed that hosting a food pop-up has been a long-held dream.
"My love affair with food started decades ago, and cooking has always been my passion," he stated, describing cooking as his "love language."

The collaborative menu will showcase dishes inspired by Wong's travels across Italy, Croatia, the United Kingdom, and France.

The menu for lunch starts at 1pm and dinner from 7pm.
