RSAF helicopter flies civilian contractor in need of urgent medical attention from Pulau Tekong to SGH

A Republic of Singapore Air Force helicopter was seen flying towards Singapore General Hospital at around 4pm on Friday, Sep. 27.

A photo shot by Mothership showed the helicopter flying towards Outram with the central business district in the background.

RSAF has since issued a statement about the medical evacuation incident.

RSAF wrote on social media:

Earlier this afternoon, our RESCUE10 H225M Medium Lift Helicopter was activated to Pulau Tekong in response to a civilian contractor requiring urgent medical attention.

Here’s a big thank you to the Singapore General Hospital medical staff, RESCUE10 crew and duty personnel for your professionalism and dedication to this life-saving mission 🫡

We wish the contractor a speedy recovery.
