This year's HHN also features collaborations with Netflix's hit series "Sweet Home" and Jackson Wang's streetwear label Team Wang Design respectively.

Here's our rating of the scare zones and haunted houses, ranked from scary to scariest.

Mothership HHN

7. Nether-Land

Unlike the other scare zones, this area resembles a rave, complete with loud music and a DJ spinning eerie tracks.

Dancing ghosts move to the beat, and amid the celebration, they might just surprise you by yelling at you at the top of their lungs.

6. Vampire Alley

This scare zone showcases the realm of bloodthirsty vampires.

This scare zone features narrow alleys and shadowy corners, perfect for scare actors to catch you off guard.

5. Cursed Scrolls: Dynasty of Darkness

The haunted house offers an interactive and trippy experience through the use of 3D glasses.

The narrative centres on a possessed Dynasty scholar who releases dark entities into the world, and the three-dimensional experience creates a chilling exploration of folklore and fear.

What was perhaps the trippiest experience was in the last room, because of how odd the floor was.

4. Netflix’s "Sweet Home"

Inspired by the hit Netflix series "Sweet Home", this haunted house brings to life iconic scenes and characters from the franchise.

The carefully designed setup immerses visitors in the show's atmosphere, while the scare actors also spoke in Korean, making them feel as if they were part of the story.

We got to walk through hallways reminiscent of the series, facing jump scares from the once-human monsters that haunt the experience.

3. Under the Castle by Team Wang Design

Calling all Jackson Wang fans.

Created by Team Wang Design, this haunted house features brand characters like Pumpkie and Spookie.

Designed to resemble a castle, it draws inspiration from Jackson's album Magic Man.

Visitors can expect numerous jump scares throughout the experience, keeping the thrills coming from start to finish.

This is also the most aesthetically pleasing attraction out of all, although we couldn't really focus on how pretty everything was because we were too busy getting scared out of our wits.

2. Singapore’s Most Haunted: The Killings

This haunted house features one of Singapore's most haunted places, which has since been demolished.

It seems to be a core memory for many other Singaporeans, too, because the stone lions are the highlight of this haunted house, as well as the first and last thing you see when you enter and leave the place.

What's scary is how the references hits a little too close to home. If you know, you know.

1. The Lost Kampung

The scare count in this zone is impressive.

It recreates a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional Malay village in an outdoor setting.

The scare zone features evil entities, vengeful spirits, and cursed items that have been banished to this area.

We encountered local ghosts, such as pontianaks, some of which decided to attack us while on all fours.
