SM Lee to visit KL, M'sia from Jul. 19 to 22, will attend Agong's installation ceremony
He will also meet Malaysia's Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Anwar Ibrahim.
Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong will visit Malaysia from Jul. 19 to 22 to attend the installation ceremony of Sultan Ibrahim Iskandar, the Agong (king) of Malaysia, at the Istana Negara in Kuala Lumpur.
Several other foreign leaders have also been invited to attend the ceremony and royal banquet, the Prime Minister's Office announced in a statement on Jul. 18.
Itinerary
SM Lee will meet Malaysia's Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Anwar Ibrahim, and engage various Malaysian rulers, ministers and leaders.
He will also speak at a Kuala Lumpur Business Club dinner event, and attend a reception for Overseas Singaporeans hosted by the Singapore High Commission in Kuala Lumpur.
SM Lee will be accompanied by his wife Ho Ching, Senior Minister of State for Defence and Manpower Zaqy Mohamad, and Senior Minister of State for Culture, Community & Youth and Trade & Industry Low Yen Ling.
