Tucked away in a corner on the third floor of Centrepoint is Tora-San, a newly opened Japanese restaurant.
Boasting a Japanese street-themed interior decor, the restaurant seats a total of 41 pax.
It particularly specialises in chirashi dons and donburis.
Here's what we tried:
Mount Fuji Kaisen San (S$26.90++)
Tora-King Chirashi Don (S$29.90++)
Tora-King Bara Chirashi Don (S$20.90++)
Ana Una Don (S$30.90++)
What's unique about this unagi don is that it has both freshwater and saltwater unagis.
The saltwater unagi tastes sweeter as compared to the freshwater one.
Teriyaki Saba Don (S$12.90++)
A generous piece of saba fish was given alongside two pieces of savoury mentaiko tamago.
With every don set, a bowl of miso soup will also be provided.
Yakitori Kids Set (S$11.90++)
A packet of Ribena is included with every kids set.
