Earle Swensen's has opened a new charcoal grill concept restaurant at Pasir Ris Mall.

At this outlet, you'll be able to find exclusive charcoal-grilled dishes, such as premium steaks and smashed burgers.

Charcoal Grilled Ribeye (S$35++)

Along with the ribeye steak, a side of peppercorns were also provided.

You can choose two sides with your steak and can choose to top up for the truffle mashed potatoes (S$4++) and sautéed mushrooms (S$2++).

Signature Dry-Aged Beef Burger (S$24++)

The Earle Pesto (S$17++)

This pesto pasta was packed with nuts, adding texture to the dish.

Scrambled Egg Croffle (S$11++)

The scrambled eggs atop the croffle were creamy.
