A man was seen washing his car as another man behind him was being arrested by the Singapore police and was already in cuffs.
The incident took place at a multi-storey car park at Block 592 Montreal Link in Sembawang.
The TikTok of the incident was posted on March 28.

The man who was arrested was lying face down on the ground with hands behind his back.
His face was resting on the wheel stop.
The man continued washing the car resulting in the ground getting wet.
One commenter said the man who got arrested had to lie on the wet ground as a result of the car wash still being carried out as per normal.
Shin Min Daily News reported on March 29 that five men were arrested at the car park.
More than 200 e-vaporisers and related components were found in boxes.
The arrests took place on March 28 at about 7pm.
Some five or six police officers were seen at the scene.
The suspects were apparently chased up the sixth floor of the car park and cornered.
A police car involved was used to block off the access down the car park.
