The Singapore police have issued a short appeal for information looking for a man to assist with investigation into a case of theft of electric scooters reported at Block 327A Sumang Walk in Punggol on Oct. 11, 2021.

The police appeal for public information was issued on Nov. 16.

Footage of the man appeared to have been taken from a police camera at the void deck.

The man, in a white singlet and long black pants, was not wearing a face mask while out in public.
