The staff will be informed not to engage in unnecessary small talk, giving you peace and quiet.

At Chez Vous: HideAway, customers are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to unwind at the Relaxation Lounge. 

Here, you’ll be treated to signature herbal teas and snacks at no additional charge.

You can also enjoy a quick convenience “facial” where the friendly staff will mist your face with 100 per cent pure rose water essence, under a 410nm Blue Light Laser to calm and soothe the skin.

It doesn’t end there – guests will also enjoy a short head, shoulder and neck massage ritual before or after your consultation with the stylist, using tools like therapeutic grade essential oils, tuning fork, and electronic scalp massager. 

Like all hair salon services, there will be processing time involved. During this time, customers can choose one value-added service (out of three) to elevate their salon experience.

Value-Added Service #1: DIY Aromatic Candle Hand Spa

If you’ve spent too much time on your phone or typing away at your work computer, opt for the DIY Aromatic Candle Hand Massage.

Customers can light a special aromatherapy candle and turn over the hourglass that’s provided. 

Once time is up, pour the warm oil on your hands, gently massage them together and put on plastic gloves.

After just 10 minutes, your hands will be moisturised and relaxed.
