Sourbombe Artisanal Bakery has opened its first physical storefront less than a year after going into the business.
The space, which offers only takeaway orders for the famed stuffed donuts (bomboloni, as they're called) opened its doors on Thursday (July 8).
Fans are well acquainted with the unique combination of flavours in both their classic and seasonal menu, which changes every few months.
The former includes Lavender Lime Mascarpone, Hojicha Caramel Crunch, and Passionfruit & Caramelised Banana, while the seasonal flavours come in whatever the imagination can conjure — which is Burnt Honey & Sage Walnuts, Black Sesame Peanut, and Basil Cream & Rhubarb, for now.
Prices are about S$4+ to S$5+ each.
If you want to a guarantee on the donuts's availability, you can pre-order them online for self-pickup in store. Slots open every Tuesday,Thursday, and Saturday.
It's minimum of three in a box (S$15.50) for this, though.
Other items, such as croissants and sourdough bakes, can also be found in the physical store.
Pair your desserts with a selection of coffee and tea from the beverage menu.
