SBS Transit said on Jul. 19 that 16 bus services would be diverted to alternative routes, in view of road closures for National Day Parade (NDP) rehearsals on Sat, Jul. 24.

NDP 2021

This year's National Day Parade was previously announced to be a "scaled down" affair, with a smaller-than-usual audience to facilitate safe management measures.

The event's 1,200 participants are all fully-vaccinated and will undergo regular testing, organisers announced previously.

There is also only one preview show before the main event.

Spectators over 12 are required to be fully vaccinated before attending the event, if they are eligible for Singapore's national vaccination programme.

There is no public balloting for seats this year, with tickets being offered to selected groups such as teachers, transport workers, and hawkers.
