S$38++/pax afternoon tea at Lobster Air, airline-themed restaurant near Bugis

Lobster Air is launching its dine-in afternoon tea set on July 3, 2021.

Opened in January this year, the airline-themed restaurant attempts to emulate a first class/business class dining experience.

In Flight Afternoon Tea Experience

The In Flight Afternoon Tea Experience comes for S$38++ per pax, and runs from 2pm - 5pm daily.

The menu includes eight items:

  • Maine lobster croissant
  • Gourmet tuna and egg mayo sandwich
  • Cucumber smoked duck breast topped with caviar
  • British scones with rose petal jam and cream
  • Choice of pastry (freshly baked danish or cream muffins)
  • Macaroons
  • Daily chef's pick
  • Coffee/Tea

    • Tea options: English breakfast tea, earl grey, peach oolong (+S$5), osmanthus longjing (+S$5), Phnom Penh rose (+S$5)
    • Coffee options: black coffee (milk, sugar), latte (+S$5), flat white (+S$5), cappuccino (+S$5)

As there are limited seatings, customers are advised to make a reservation by messaging Lobster Air on Facebook or Instagram, or by texting them at 97108787.

Takeaway Afternoon Tea Set

Alternatively, there's also a takeaway option at S$68/set, which feeds two.

The three-tier set comes with:

  • Dark Chocolate with Salted Caramel Tart
  • Tarte au Citron
  • Signature Cheesecakes (four flavors)
  • French Macaroons (four flavors)
  • Maine Lobster Croissant
  • Blueberry Danish
  • Gourmet Tuna Sandwich with Egg Mayo and Fresh Cucumber
  • Smoked Duck Wrapped in Cucumber Slice and Topped with Caviar

Islandwide delivery, which takes place between 2pm - 7pm, costs S$10 per location. Delivery is free for orders above S$100.

Customers will also have to order one day in advance.
