The Singapore Civil Defence Force said in a Facebook post that they were alerted to the accident at around 9:20pm.
A statement said that the accident involved two cars, a lorry and two motorcycles. The car was "completely engulfed in flames", and a lorry and two motorcycles were found turned on their sides.
No one was trapped, they said, adding that the fire was extinguished.
The SCDF Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel assessed seven persons for injuries, and seven people were sent to the hospital.
While en route to the hospital, SCDF paramedics also administered Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) on a person who had no pulse and was not breathing.
The police told Mothership that two male motorcyclists, one female car driver, one male lorry driver and his three other passengers were conveyed to hospital.
