The Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed 14 new cases of Covid-19 infection in Singapore on Sunday (Jun. 27).

This brings the total number of cases in Singapore to 62,544.

12 locally-transmitted cases

There are 12 new cases of locally-transmitted Covid-19 infection.

11 are linked to previous cases, of whom 10 were all already placed on quarantine. One was detected through surveillance. The remaining case is currently unlinked.

Based on MOH's investigations so far, all of the cases are in the community, and there are no new cases in the dormitories.

In addition, two of the cases announced today (June 27) are imported, and both were placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore.

Of these, one is a returning Singapore Permanent Resident.

17 locations added

MOH regularly updates a list of public places visited by confirmed Covid-19 cases for more than 30 minutes while they were infectious.

17 new locations were added into the list on June 27, including Tampines 1, NKF Dialysis Centre (935 Tampines Street 91), Lau Pa Sat, and Ancient Dynasty Massage & Spa (5 Thong Soon Avenue).

Here is the full list of locations visited by infectious cases in the community in the past 14 days, as of June 27 (new additions highlighted in yellow):

Those who had been identified as close contacts of confirmed cases would already have been notified by MOH.

As a precautionary measure, persons who had been at these locations during the specified timings should monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit.

They should see a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and inform the doctor of their exposure history.

Individuals may access the SafeEntry Location Matching Self-Check service via the TraceTogether App or this link to check whether they were at these locations during the specified timings, based on their own SafeEntry records.

There is no need to avoid places where confirmed cases of Covid-19 have been. The National Environment Agency will engage the management of affected premises to provide guidance on cleaning and disinfection.
