A man who rode along Singapore roads naked and was seen climbing onto a car in the nude has been arrested by the police and will be charged in court on Saturday.

In response to Mothership.sg's queries, the police said they were alerted to an incident on June 10, 2021 at about 5.45am, where a man was reportedly walking around naked at Block 212 Lorong 8 Toa Payoh.

The 24-year-old man is understood to have climbed onto the car at the car park there.

The man was subsequently arrested.

He will be charged in court on June 12 with appearing nude in a public place under the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act.

The man is also being investigated for other offences, such as public nuisance, obscene act in a public place, wilful trespass and possible traffic violations, in other separate incidents reported.

However, the police did not state when the naked motorcycle riding occurred, but it is believed to have taken place earlier in the day on June 10.

The man was photographed waiting at the traffic lights in Eunos and also filmed riding along the Pan Island Expressway before exiting at the Bedok North Road exit while being tailed by another motorcyclist who was filming.

Police investigations are ongoing.
