If you grew up in Singapore, you might have came across min jiang kueh, or traditional pancakes.

The old school delight is typically stuffed with red bean paste, sesame paste and ground peanuts.

However, at Min Jiang Girl, which was launched in June this year, the pancakes come with innovative fillings inspired by local flavours, such as Orh Nee (Yam Paste), Mango Sago, Ondeh Ondeh and Apple Pie.
