If you grew up in Singapore, you might have came across min jiang kueh, or traditional pancakes.
The old school delight is typically stuffed with red bean paste, sesame paste and ground peanuts.
However, at Min Jiang Girl, which was launched in June this year, the pancakes come with innovative fillings inspired by local flavours, such as Orh Nee (Yam Paste), Mango Sago, Ondeh Ondeh and Apple Pie.

The min jiang kuehs are sold in boxes of four and priced at S$10. This breaks down to S$2.50 per pancake.
The pancakes are also vegan friendly, unless otherwise stated.
The next round of orders open on June 28.
To order, customers can fill up a form and wait for confirmation. The weekly bake sale closes on Friday.
Payment via PayNow or PayLah has to be made before orders can be processed.
Customers can pick up their orders at Yishun MRT or arrange for delivery at a charge of S$8.
