Four of Taiwanese pop star Jay Chou's concert outfits were sold for HK$3.31 million (S$573,407) at an auction held in Hong Kong on Friday, June 18, Focus Taiwan reported.

All proceeds from the auction, which includes a range of artwork and collectibles, will be donated to Make-A-Wish International.

The auction was a collaboration between Chou, an avid art collector, and Sotheby's, one of the world's largest auction houses and brokers of art, jewelry, and real estate.

Chou wore all four costumes during his "The Invincible" world tour that consisted of 66 concerts and took place from June 2016 to the end of 2017.

One of the four costumes is a studded leather jacket which, according to Sotheby's, gives "a visually striking new look that contrasts with Jay Chou's lyrical melodies".

The outfits were designed by stylist Thomas Chan, as well as American fashion designer and the creative director of Moschino, Jeremy Scott.
