5 locally-transmitted Covid-19 cases in S'pore, no unlinked cases

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 16 new cases of Covid-19 infection in Singapore as of 12pm on Wednesday (June 30).

This brings the total number of Covid-19 cases reported in Singapore thus far to 62,579.

Five locally-transmitted cases

There are five new cases of locally-transmitted Covid-19 infection, all of whom are linked to previous cases and have been placed on quarantine.

In addition, there are 11 imported cases. Six were detected upon arrival in Singapore while five developed the illness during SHN or isolation.

All had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice (SHN) or isolated upon arrival in Singapore.

Further updates will be shared by MOH this evening.
