The Ministry of Health (MOH) confirmed 13 new cases of Covid-19 in Singapore on Monday, June 21.

This brings the total number of Covid-19 cases in Singapore to 62,430.

13 locally transmitted cases, three imported cases

There are 13 locally-transmitted cases, with no dormitory cases.

Five are linked to previous cases, and they have already been placed on quarantine.

Among the other eight cases detected through surveillance, five are linked to previous cases and three are currently unlinked.

Three of the new cases are imported; all (Cases 64363, 64365 and 64366) are Singaporeans who returned from Indonesia, the UAE and the UK.

They have already been placed on SHN upon arrival in Singapore and were tested while serving SHN.

Six new locations

MOH regularly updates a list of public places visited by confirmed Covid-19 cases for more than 30 minutes when they were infectious.

Six new locations were added to the list on June 21:

• FairPrice Finest at ARTRA (12 Alexander View)
• Equilibrium Mixed Martial Arts at *SCAPE (2 Orchard Link)
• Central Recruitment Solutions at Katong Shopping Centre (865 Mountbatten Road)
• Top Employment Pte Ltd, also at Katong Shopping Centre
• Prime Supermarket (823 Tampine Street 81)
• Livewire at China Square (51 Telok Ayer Street)

The new locations visited have been highlighted and can be found in the full list of locations visited by cases in the community during their infectious period in the past 14 days below:

No need to avoid locations

Those who had been identified as close contacts of confirmed cases would already have been notified by MOH.

As a precautionary measure, persons who had been at these locations during the specified timings should monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit.

They should see a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and inform the doctor of their exposure history.

Individuals may access the SafeEntry Location Matching Self-Check service via the TraceTogether App, SingPass Mobile, or this website to check whether they were at these locations during the specified timings, based on their own SafeEntry records.

There is no need to avoid places where confirmed cases of Covid-19 have been, MOH said.

The National Environment Agency will engage the management of affected premises to provide guidance on cleaning and disinfection.
