The Ministry of Health (MOH) will offer free Covid-19 testing for members of the public who had visited the shops at 455 Sengkang West Avenue from May 12 to May 30, 2021.

MOH is currently investigating cases of Covid-19 infection amongst individuals who visited the shops at 455 Sengkang West Avenue.

All visitors to the shops at 455 Sengkang West Avenue from May 12 to May 30 are advised to monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit.

They are also encouraged to visit a Regional Screening Centre or Swab and Send Home (SASH) Public Health Preparedness Clinic for a free COVID-19 test.

Covid-19 cases have visited Food Hub and Sheng Siong supermarket

According to the list on June 2, the Covid-19 cases have visited the following places along 455 Sengkang West Avenue during his/her infectious period:

May 24 (0600h to 1900h): Food Hub (455 Sengkang West Avenue)

May 25 (1535h to 1630h): Sheng Siong Supermarket (455 Sengkang West Avenue)

May 28 (1615h to 1650h): Sheng Siong Supermarket (455 Sengkang West Avenue)
