86-year-old S'porean woman is S'pore's 34th death due to Covid-19 complications

She was warded at Khoo Teck Puat hospital.

On June 8, the Ministry of Health announced the 34th death from complications due to Covid-19 infection.

Case 62,680 is a female Singaporean, 86 years of age.

She was warded at Khoo Teck Puat hospital for an unrelated medical condition, and was confirmed to have Covid-19 infection on April 30.

She had not been vaccinated against Covid-19, and had a history of diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidaemia, hypertension and hypothyroidism.

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital has reached out to her family and is extending assistance to them.
