Nassim Hill Bakery Bistro Bar is now operating 24 hours a day for takeaways and deliveries six days a week (closed on Mondays).

With baked goods and artisanal breads, as well as a rotation of brunch and dinner items, the menu caters to the full spectrum, from peckish to full-blown ravenous, all day long.

The bakery/bistro said that the pastries are baked in small batches throughout the day for optimum freshness.

A breakdown of what's available and when:

• Desserts and baked goods: 24h
• Signature dishes: 24h
• Brunch: 5am - 5pm
• Dinner: 5pm - 5am

Get 24/6 access to:

• Donuts (S$3.80 each, S$14/four)
• Brownies (S$4), almond croissants (S$4.50)
• Rustic sourdough (S$7.50/500g, S$13.5/1kg),

Plus plated desserts like

• Kaya fluff cake (S$8)
• Apple crostata (creamy baked apples, almond frangipane, flaky rye pastry, ice cream, S$9)

Savoury, signature dishes like cheddar cheese bacon waffles (S$20) and fresh lala clams (S$18) are always on the menu too.

Day menu

On the other hand, brunch items like spicy huevos benedict (S$20), salmon omelette (S$19) and steak and eggs (S$24) are available for most of the sunlight hours (5am to 5pm).

More categories in the day menu, such as pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and salads, can be ordered from 11am.

Night menu

The dinner items under the night menu runs from 5pm - 5am.

There are some overlaps with the day menu, namely salads (S$15 - S$18), pasta (S$17 - S$26) and pizzas (S$23 - 28).

Besides items like chilli crab pasta (S$17/half portion), there's also a dependable selection of mains like buttermilk fried chicken (S$22), fish and chips (S$28), and Impossible burger (S$25).

Promotions

The bistro/bakery is offering a one-for-one Prosecco deal, and 30 per cent off wine and bubbly purchases.

Those who takeaway at the store will get a 15 per cent discount on á la carte food items.

Otherwise, delivery orders can be made online at least 90 minutes in advance, while pick-up requires a 30-minute window.
