Nine Indonesians have drowned in a boat accident, allegedly caused by selfie-taking tourists.
According to AFP via The Jakarta Post, the overloaded boat capsized in a reservoir in Central Java on May 15.
All 20 passengers on board had moved suddenly to one side of the vessel to take a group photo, Central Java police chief Ahmad Lutfi was quoted by AFP as saying.

11 people were rescued from the reservoir's waters, with the last of the nine victims found at 5am on Monday morning reported iNews.
Among those who drowned in the accident was a one-year-old baby and an eight-year-old boy.
Lutfi also told reporters that the boat had been helmed by a 13-year-old.
