The Ministry of Health (MOH) confirmed 24 new cases of Covid-19 in Singapore as of 12pm on May 27.

There are 15 locally-transmitted cases today, comprising one dormitory case and 14 community cases.

Out of the 14 community cases, 12 are linked to previous cases while two remain unlinked, according to the evening update.

The dormitory case is also an unlinked case.

The other nine cases are imported cases, who had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice (SHN) or isolated upon arrival in Singapore.

New locations as of May 27

MOH regularly updates a list of public places visited by confirmed Covid-19 cases for a period over 30 minutes while they were infectious.

There are 15 new locations added to the list on May 27 and they have been highlighted in the list below.

Some locations included Sheng Shiong supermarket at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 on May 13, Lucky Plaza on May 16, Mustafa on May 22, and NEX's FairPrice Extra on May 23.

People who had been at these locations during the specified timings should monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit as a precautionary measure.

They should see a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and inform the doctor of their exposure history.

Individuals may access the SafeEntry Location Matching Self-Check service via the TraceTogether App or SingPass Mobile to check whether they were at these locations during the specified timings, based on their own SafeEntry records.

There is no need to avoid places where confirmed cases of Covid-19 have been, said MOH.

The National Environment Agency will engage the management of affected premises to provide guidance on cleaning and disinfection.
