Taiwanese bubble tea store Chicha San Chen has just opened its new outlet at Waterway Point.
This is its 13th outlet in Singapore.
The store's boarding was spotted at least three months ago, before Singapore entered circuit on Apr 7.From Apr. 21 to June 17, bubble stores were deemed less essential and not allowed to open.
It is possible that Chicha's opening was delayed by the restrictions.
