The Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed an additional 151 cases of Covid-19 infection in Singapore as of Tuesday, June 16, 12pm.

This brings the total number of cases to 40,969.

There are two cases in the community, and both are Work Pass holders. There are no Singaporean or Permanent Resident cases.

In Tuesday's press release, MOH has also identified several locations as public places that confirmed Covid-19 cases had visited for more than 30 minutes during their infectious period.

On Tuesday (June 16), MOH updated the list with three more locations:

Sri Murugan Trading Pte Ltd (86 Syed Alwi Road), Sheng Siong Supermarket at New World Centre (1 Jalan Berseh) and Prime Supermarket at 803 King George’s Avenue.

Here are the details, dates and times visited:

As a precautionary measure, persons who have been at these locations during the specified timings should monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit.

They should see a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and inform the doctor of their exposure history.

There is no need to avoid places where confirmed cases of Covid-19 have been, as cleaning and disinfection will be carried out, MOH said.
