It's been rainy for a few days in Singapore.
On Tuesday morning (June 23) in particular, heavy rains in Singapore resulted in flash floods at multiple locations in Singapore.
At 6:30am, the National Environment Agency said that "moderate to heavy thundery showers" were expected. PUB also said that flash floods could occur.
According to Roads.sg, flash floods were observed at places including Upper Changi Road, Sims Avenue, along the PIE, Upper Changi Road East after Bedok Road, and Jurong Town Hall Road.
In a YouTube video uploaded by ROADS.sg, cars could be seen driving through water that has pooled.
Photos of flash floods were also uploaded to YouTube by SG Road Vigilante, where cars were seen partially submerged:
In a statement on June 23, PUB said that by 9:20am, flash floods at all locations had subsided.
PUB officers were also deployed to the sites to render assistance to residents and check the drain system for any obstructions.
Among the flash flood locations, the heaviest rainfall of around 108.8mm – over half of Singapore's average monthly rainfall in June – was recorded at Bedok South.

Rainy weather to continue
On June 23, 2020 morning, the lowest temperature recorded was in Jurong West, where the thermometer recorded 22.5°C at 10:15am, according to the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS).
The temperatures across the island remain low and below 25°C even close to noon time.
According to MSS's weather outlook, they expect the current wet weather to continue into the second half of this month.
Thundery showers can be expected on most days during the last two weeks of June.
Due to the Southwest Monsoon, which is expected to last from June 2020 and to the end of September 2020, heavy thundery showers can be expected between the late morning and might extend into the late afternoon on some days.
MSS projects that the rainfall for June 2020 is expected to be above-average across the island.
