408 new cases of Covid-19 in S'pore on June 1, no S'poreans/PRs

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 408 new cases of Covid-19 as of 12pm on Monday, June 1, 2020.

Among the confirmed cases, none are Singaporean or Permanent Residents.

All of the cases are Work Permit holders residing in foreign worker dormitories. According to MOH, there are no new cases in the community.

This brings the total number of cases in Singapore to 35,292.

Further updates will be shared in a separate announcement later today.

These are the numbers of new Covid-19 cases in the past week from May 25 onwards:

May 25: 344

May 26: 383

May 27: 533

May 28: 373

May 29: 611

May 30: 506

May 31: 518

June 1: 408
