Thai mall showcases what shopping will look like in Covid-19 world as they ease lockdown

Thailand recently saw their first day with zero new cases on May 13.

Prior to that milestone, Thailand had began easing lockdown restrictions on May 3.

One of the newly reopening establishments in Thailand are the malls.

They were one of many malls to close down when the Thai authorities implemented measures to fight the spread of Covid-19 two months ago.

Despite the easing of lockdown, it doesn't magically mean a reversion back to pre-Covid days.

Siam Paragon is one of the largest malls in Thailand.

That means it has to, in many ways, drastically change how they operate.

Apart from the expected temperature taking, and hand sanitisers.

Bits of innovation can be seen throughout the video.

Like spacing out urinals.

And a unique way of accessing these toilets.

Cool.

Here is their video showcasing how the mall will likely operate in the new normal.
