Filipino reporter Doris Bigornia was trying to do her job on live television while working from home when two of her cats decided to have a fight behind her.

Bigornia’s two cats Bella Luna and Nala took swipes and pounced on each other in full view of a live audience watching the reporter who was conducting an interview.

Bigornia skipped about two beats as she glanced over her shoulder to survey what the damage was like briefly.

Shared her clip

The long-time reporter then took the mickey out of the situation when she shared a clip of the incident on Twitter on May 15.

She wrote: “Children!!! There is a law in the studio!!!!”

The tweet exploded as everyone was tickled by the feline duel.

This wasn't the first time cats have ruled the news.

John Oliver previously highlighted a clip of a cat licking its groin in the background as a newscaster was dishing out updates about the White House to the camera at home.
