Covid-19: 768 new cases in S'pore, 10 are S'poreans/PRs

More than 21,000 cases now.

The Ministry of Health has preliminarily confirmed 768 new cases of Covid-19 as of 12 pm on May 8.

This brings the total number of reported cases in Singapore to 21,707.

10 of the new cases reported today are Singaporeans or Permanent residents.

The majority of the cases are Work Permit holders residing in foreign worker dormitories.

According to MOH, details of the cases are still being worked on, and further updates will be shared in a separate press release later today.
