3 men charged for allegedly breaking into clinic at Orchard & stealing 115 bottles of cough syrup

If convicted, they will face a jail term of up to 10 years and a fine.

On May 6, three men between the age of 25 and 29 were charged in court for allegedly breaking into a clinic and stealing 115 bottles of cough syrup.

If convicted of their crime, they could face a jail term of up to 10 years and a fine.

115 bottles of cough syrups worth S$690 stolen

According to a news release, the Police had received a report in the morning of May 5 that a clinic located along Orchard Boulevard had been broken into.

In total, 115 bottles of cough syrups worth S$690 were reported stolen.

Officers from Tanglin Police Division managed to identity the three men after making enquiries and reviewing images from CCTVs.

The men were then arrested on the same day.
