The rage-screaming Hougang man might soon become a recurring urban legend.

On Apr. 25, a clip of an unidentified man screaming at his neighbour's concert started circulating on Twitter.

The user who uploaded it, @ImSHAUN, said that he had received the video from his friend.

According to Shaun, the Hougang man shouted, “Limpeh want to sleep, shut up la" in response to a neighbour singing to "Dance Monkey", which was playing loudly at night.

The performance was loud enough that surrounding blocks could hear it with unnecessary clarity.

What we could hear, however, was:

"Oei!!! Limpeh [indistinct], don't play lah, shut up lah!!"

The sentiment is there, we guess. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
