If you love cheese tarts, perhaps it's time to check out June Bakery.

June Bakery occupies an unassuming spot at the basement of The Plaza along Beach Road.

If reviews on Burpple are anything to go by, the bakery's Cheese Tart (S$1.20) is pretty darn good.

According to Burppler @MichelleLIN T, the cheese filling is made by blending two types of cheese. The cheese tart shell is also buttery and crisp.

You should also try the bakery's Orh Nee Tart (S$1.20) which comes with smooth orh nee (taro paste) filling and gingko nuts, all contained in the same buttery shell.

Lastly, June Bakery's Peanut Mochi (S$1.20) is as big as one's palm. This is a sweet potato mochi filled generously with taro paste, and covered in peanut powder.

Here's a look at the bakery's exterior:

Be warned though, a number of reviewers online say that the bakery's sweet treats run out by the afternoon.

Best to visit it before noon to avoid disappointment.
