According to an anonymous confession posted to UTAR Confessions Facebook page, a man in Malaysia recently shared a heartbreaking account on how he had made sacrifices for his girlfriend, only to see her with another man.

Had made plans for the future

In the post, he wrote that he had been dating the lady for six years.

He claimed that his girlfriend told him that he "didn't have life ambitions", and so he worked hard to eventually get a job promotion within a year or so.

He also tried to save money for their future by cutting down on gatherings, and even gave up smoking and drinking.

He even bought a Mazda 3 after she allegedly told him that his old car, a Perodua Myvi, was very "shabby". The car cost him about RM1, 500 (S$500) each month.

He apparently also bought a unit at her favourite condominium in Kuala Lumpur, paying RM2,000 (S$667) in installments per month.

However, according to the man, "all (his) efforts didn't look like they were worth it".

Allegedly saw girlfriend in another man's car

In his post yesterday (Nov. 11), he wrote that he saw his girlfriend in another man's Mercedes Benz.

He also apparently witnessed the man kissing her.

After following them, he claimed he discovered that they were going to St. Regis -- allegedly not only for high tea, but also to make use of the room there.

Crushed by this sight, the man said that he immediately printed photos of them together, and left these photos outside his door along with her luggage.

He added that he had nearly saved up enough for their wedding and was intending to propose to his girlfriend the following month.

These plans, unfortunately, had come to nought.
