Car accidents are usually attributed to speeding or just moving too fast to make good decisions.

But there is a really perplexing footage of an accident based purely on how slowly everything was actually moving.

The video, uploaded to Singapore Reckless Drivers, shows a car turning out of a car park.

The car, however, crashes into another car in almost slow-motion.

And for some reason, resorted to turning on the windshield wipers.

Before accelerating right into the car in front.

The shrieks of fear from the cam car can be heard quite clearly.

It is of course possible that the driver in the black car fainted at the wheels or suffered a stroke. So we hope everyone came out of it unscathed.
