Channel 5 actress Rosalind Pho, 36, fined S$1,750 for drink driving & banned from driving
She was banned from driving for 15 months.
Singapore-based actress Rosalind Pho was charged with drink driving in the State Courts on Oct. 10.
The 36-year-old pleaded guilty to driving her Lexus ES300H along Holland Road towards Ulu Pandan under the influence of alcohol at around midnight on Oct. 2, 2019.
Pho was said to have two glasses of white wine at a gathering in Dempsey Road prior to that.
According to CNA, Pho was stopped at a police roadblock and was “reeking strongly of alcohol”.
She then failed a breathalyser test.
According to the CNA report, she recorded at least 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of her breath. The limit is 35 microgrammes per 100ml.
She was fined S$1,750 and was banned for driving for 15 months starting from Oct. 10.
Pho is a Dutch national and Singapore permanent resident.
She is known for her role in Tanglin as well as other hosting gigs.
