Super Junior, SuperM, Taeyeon & more postponing schedules out of respect for Sulli's passing

Fans are thanking the artistes for doing so.

K-pop star Sulli's sudden death on Oct. 14 has sent ripples of shock throughout the industry.

Shortly after the news broke, fellow artistes have announced that they will be postponing their schedules out of respect for her passing.

The list includes Super Junior, SuperM, NU'EST,  NCT Dream,  Taeyeon, VAV, MONSTA X, and more.

Some of the stars were slated to release a variety of promotional materials, from MV teasers to live broadcasts, while others were in the midst of ongoing projects or preparing for a concert.

MONSTA X expressed their condolences and announced the delay of their event:

"'2019 GOING SEVENTEEN EP.18' which was scheduled to be uploaded at 10:10pm today will be postponed. We seek your kind understanding. Thank you."

"NU'EST's Aron and Baekho's appearance on Jam Live, which was scheduled for Oct. 15, 10pm has been changed to Oct. 18 at 12:30pm due to sad news in the entertainment industry. We ask for your understanding."

"Good morning. Super Junior's 9th album title song 'SUPER Clap' music video will be released at 00:00 on October 18. We apologise to our fans, and please understand."

"The public schedule for Space Girl has been postponed. We appreciate your patience, and will announce the changed schedule later."

Amber Liu, Sulli's former bandmate in f(x), also announced a halt to her upcoming activities on her Instagram Stories.

Many fans have thanked the artistes for postponing their activities at such a sensitive time.
