Good Food Coffee & Bakery is a popular dessert chain from Prague specialising in chimney cakes.
Chimney cakes
Chimney cakes are popular in Hungary as well as other parts of Europe.
It consists of soft serve ice cream, that when served in warm cone-shaped dough pastry, creates a smoking "chimney" effect.
First outlet in Singapore
The franchise has since opened an outlet in Singapore, and claims to use only quality ingredients from places like Prague and South Africa.
The cones, which are baked and served fresh each day, apparently remain firm and crisp (as opposed to soggy) even in our warm climate.
The ice cream is made using low-fat Meiji milk with a sugar content of less than 25 per cent.
There are also no added preservatives.
