Orchard area gets a bit pricey though.

Mogul.sg is a property search portal that seeks to make things easier for those searching for a house in Singapore.

Here is how it describes what it does:

"MOGUL.sg is for any property buyer and seller, new, old, veteran, investor alike. Curated listings, geospatial accuracy on amenities and nearby facilities (supported by Singapore Land Authority) by ONE MAP, a full property concierge team (creme de la creme of agents selected by the MOGUL.sg senior management panel) that will journey along with you and care for your every need and want, reporting to you at your convenience."

A great system, while essential to ensuring success, might also need that little star power to get its name out there.

Perhaps that is why actress/ host Maria Ozawa was sought to give things a bump.

Here she is in one of Mogul.sg's video:

According to the video, her budget for a house is S$800,000 to S$1.2 million.

She also wants to live near Orchard MRT station and have a barbecue pit so she can hang out with her newfound friends and have some barbecue.

She can even share her results with her friends.

Despite the obviously well-thought out video, it is unclear what Ozawa's relevance to the Singapore property market is.

While she has spent some time over in the Philippines, it is unclear if she has actually purchased any property in Singapore.

In fact, for Ozawa's price point, and criteria, we found only one such listing.

In contrast to their 83 options.

Maybe we're doing something wrong.

Either way, Mogul.sg seems to be quite set on Ozawa as the face of their company.

Cool.

Here is the video in case you can't see it.
