Despite getting increasingly popular, souffle pancakes are not common in Singapore.
But a new cafe in VivoCity -- named Artea -- has made the dessert somewhat more accessible.
Although the cafe has a whole range of fruit teas and tea lattes, their souffle pancakes appear to be the highlight with their seemingly fluffy texture and value-for-money price point.
The Mango Souffle costs S$8.80 , and is served with fresh fruit and ice cream on the side:

The Strawberry Souffle ($9.50) appears to come with strawberry sauce, ice cream, and a sheet of gold foil:

Another flavour is the Tiramisu Souffle , priced at S$8.50 :
However, note that waiting for your pancakes will take at least 10 to 15 minutes, possibly longer if the cafe is crowded.
Otherwise, the cafe also has a range of drinks, including White Peach Oolong Latte (S$4.50) , Fresh Mango Milkshake (S$6.80) , and Kyoto Matcha Latte (S$6.80) :

[INVITED TASTING] @arteasg will be having their grand opening today! In celebration, there will be a 1-for-1 promo for their drinks from 24th Dec-28th Dec! Had the privilege to try out some of their signature drinks and my favourite would definitely be the You Lan Latte ($6.20) which comes in this huge 1000ml cup! Theres also a special takeaway packaging for the huge cup 😂 swipe ⬅️ to see! The interesting part comes in because only 700ml is filled with the drink and the remaining 300ml is empty. The purpose of such a huge cup is actually because the designer behind the cup believes that the longer and bigger cup will enable one's face to look slimmer and smaller in comparison when taking a selfie with their drinks! Haha talk about being innovative! If you're more of a fruity person, the equally gigantic signature fruit tea ($8.20) is a really refreshing drink to have! I also really recommend the Fresh Mango Milkshake ($6.80) which is truly every mango lovers' dream. You can really taste the freshness of the drink and the drink is filled with the natural sweetness of mangoes, not artificial tasting at all. For matcha lovers, theres the Kyoto Matcha Latte ($6.80) but it leans more towards the milkier side, hence if you truly want more distinct matcha notes perhaps you should ask for less sugar to go with your drink!😊 Overall, the drinks at @arteasg are really yummy and I like how the drinks aren't as sweet as you would imagine judging by their looks! However, if you have a low tolerance for sweet stuff, fret not because you can also customise your drinks by choosing from 4 different sugar levels; Regular/Less than normal/ Half sugar/ Very little sugar Head down with your friends and snap a photo (or two) with their insta-worthy drinks, souffle pancakes; theres even a super chio spot for you to take your pictures at!
