The theatre line-up in Singapore is looking good.
Besides The Phantom of the Opera, Disney's Aladdin The Musical will also put on a show at Marina Bay Sands from July 21, 2019.

This will be its first time in Singapore, and its only stop in Asia.

An adaptation of the original Disney film from 1992 and other folk tales, the musical is produced by the same people who did The Lion King and Mary Poppins.
Creators promise "breathtaking sets" and "mind-blowing special effects", with more than 300 lavish costumes, 40 tonnes (40,000kg) of exotic flying scenery, and 60 tonnes (60,000kg) of automation and staging equipment that will recreate iconic scenes from the show.

All tracks from the original film will be featured, including “Friend like Me”, “A Whole New World” and “Arabian Nights”.
The musical premiered in Seattle in 2011, and has since gone on to Broadway, Germany, London, and Australia.
