Buzzfeed calls S'pore a "modern paradise" because of 21 everyday things we have

On one of the other occasions that American media and news company Buzzfeed mentioned something culturally related to Singapore, locals were outraged:

On October 5, however, Singapore was praised to high heavens in an article titled "21 Things Singapore Has That'll Make You Say, 'Why Isn't This Everywhere?'"

Its URL even reads "Singapore is a modern paradise".

Here are some aspects of our country that Buzzfeed commended:

They don't know how we wreck them though, oh well.

The bins were apparently started on a trial basis in Orchard Road a couple of years back, and not commonly available around Singapore.

The comments, though

But we gotta say, the highlight of the article really was the comments.

For instance, this person thought it was "weird" that everything is in Singapore is in English:

Forgivable, nonetheless.

What took the cake (and the kopi and chicken noodles), however, was this person who insisted that the the food listed in the article belonged to Malaysia:
