A glitch during the July 3 Sweden-Switzerland game on Toggle's World Cup stream has angered a lot of its subscribers.

Because of the glitch, subscribers didn't get to witness the only goal of the game live, leaving many contemplating seeking a refund from the Mediacorp online service.

Error fixed before 12am, when game already ended

On July 4 at 5pm, Toggle updated their earlier Facebook post to once again apologise to the affected customers.

Toggle shared that the problem occurred around 11.15pm and was fixed before 12am.

However, it was already too late since the game had already ended by then.

Waives S$10 off original subscription charge

In a goodwill geture, Toggle is offering a partial refund.

The post mentioned that Toggle "fell short of the standards" it had set and will be taking S$10 off the original subscription charge for the World Cup Pass holders.

This means that the pass holders will now have to pay between S$102.35 to S$228.90 instead.

Not bad customer service, after all.
