Soufflé pancakes are all set to be the next big thing in Singapore — if they aren't already:

In Singapore, prices are around S$15 - S$18 for the pancakes.
As part of their opening special here, Riz Labo Kitchen is offering a fresh strawberry and berry sauce pancake with strawberry ice cream that is reportedly popular in Japan.
We imagine it looks something like this:
According to them, almost all of the ingredients are delivered from Japan.
This includes organic rice flour, brown sugar, sweet beans, and organic soy milk.
Furthermore, the pancakes from Riz Labo Kitchen are made with rice flour rather than wheat flour, which means they are gluten-free:

Knowing Singaporeans, it is likely one will have to queue for a good amount of time before getting to eat it.
Also note that it closes at 5pm every day, which if you ask us is ridiculously early.
Address: 435 Orchard Road, Wisma Atria Shopping Centre (Japan Food Town ) #04-49, Singapore 238877
Opening hours: Monday - Sunday, 11am to 5pm
