But while United States President Donald Trump is expected to land in Singapore at Paya Lebar Airbase on the same day, Kim will touch down at Changi Airport instead.

Kim might be using a foreign aircraft
It has been reported previously by The Chosun Ilbo that Kim will be arriving at Singapore using a foreign aircraft -- either Singaporean or Chinese -- which will take off from Pyongyang International Airport.
A "diplomatic source in Seoul" was quoted as saying: "North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will fly directly on a foreign plane from Pyongyang to Singapore for his summit with US President Donald Trump next week."
"Talks are underway to use an aircraft provided by Singapore or China."
The discussions held with Singapore's Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan, who visited North Korea ahead of the summit, supposedly resulted in this decision.
The report also said that the North Korean leader will be accompanied by his sister Kim Yo-jong, the first member of the ruling family to visit the south since the Korean War.
Meanwhile, there are also talks of Chinese fighter jets escorting Kim when he flies to Singapore.
